I know when I was younger I weighed 130 when I was fit and still weighed 130 when I was not so fit the difference was a US size 7 vs a US size 9. Now that I have had a child I would like to get down close to that size 9 and tone up and the numbers on the scale don't mean so much.

During the week of my TOM I usually show a gain of 1-2 lbs and I have been steadily losing about 1 lb a week. By the following week I typically show it with a 2lb or so loss (from the week prior to TOM). It is really frustrating even if I can explain it!

I struggled a lot my first few days. What I ended up doing was put my goals at a half pound a week for a few days to ease into it and then down to a pound a week. It made the transition smoother and I still lost a lot just due to my lifestyle changes. :) Whatever you do keep it up for a more healthy you!

It isn't a set routine or anything but with my daughter I crank some good dancing music and we push all the furniture to the edge of the room and rock out for 20-30 minutes. I get some good cardio and she LOVES dancing with mom! I try to do this a couple times a week.
