I think you're going to be a little restricted! I would imagine you'll have a kettle; all basic hotels from my knowledge have them. Fresh produce i.e salad is probably the way to go. This is the first time I've posted a photo on the forums, so hopefully I've done this right! Top photo is 280lbs, bottom photo is 181lbs. Still losing, but looking back at my first photo I surprise myself with the facial change!

That sounds about the going rate to me? I find my weight comes off in whooshes; nothing... Nothing... Whoosh!! Everybody is different, stick with it and mmonitor it for a while before worrying about making changes.

On MFP, not so much. Outside of MFP, absolutely, especially during the holiday season. With my line of work, we often get many tins of chocolates, biscuits, sausage rolls etc gifted to us which we usually nibble at whilst on the job. I log teas and coffees purely because I think its a good habit to get into. I'll admit I don't tend to with herbs and spices unless creating a recipe as I'm not going to sweat the odd rogue calorie. :)

I'm like you Vick; I look in the mirror and I see very little difference... but I think that's because I'm focused on the end goal! I can see a tremendous difference in your pics though. You're doing a brilliant job!
