Hey guys! I noticed recently that my Instagram account has become a sort of timeline with showing my weight loss. Thought I'd share. Note the "___ weeks ago" on the outside pics.

    Well done! You look great! I noticed my Instagram was becoming all food and fitness so i' created one purely for that lol.

    Yes, that's about right. The weight just fell off at first. These last several months it's been a fairly consistent, 2lbs/week.
