I need to do more body shots. I'm 6ft tall... started at 300lbs, am now (still 6ft) at 257lbs. You can see the difference in my face profile pic. Need to keep going!!

Height is very important. Can't be shorter than me. Weight, I can deal with, but I tend to go for guys that are a little bigger. I'm 6ft tall and was very overweight. Now that I'm getting the weight under control, the height thing sometimes still proves difficult. That and GOOD jeans.... sigh, girls got it rough. :)

I have learned the hard way that skipping meals always backfires on me. Why? Because I'm that much more hungry later.. then I overeat. Once in a while this isn't terrible, but daily, isn't good. When in doubt, don't skip. :)

I'm stuck at 33 lbs down. (for the last six months) <-- sad. But am getting back into the swing of things. SEEING and hearing how good you look after losing 5lbs or so is amazing. Just keep that in your mind. :)

You will do just fine! Losing weight with the help from those around you (including help on here) is SOO very beneficial. My weight loss tips: WHITE & PUFFY make you FLUFFY (stay away from sugars, starches, etc) Limit your favorite fatty foods, but don't cut them completely. The mind ALWAYS wants what it can't have.…
