I started using compression wear and I'm a whole lot better than I was. I'm hardly sore at all now.

That's actually a really good suggestion because if you weigh yourself everyday and don't see a change it will make you feel discouraged and maybe even drive you to starve yourself or exercise more than necessary. I think I'm gonna do that instead of weighing myself every morning! Thanks:flowerforyou:

lol, yeah It said I would lose 30 pounds in 5 weeks. i don't think that's possible because i'm 143 right now

yeah, i suppose 120 calories for an hour of upper body workout sounds about right.
