Sushi bowl salad! carrot, cucumber, avocado, brown rice, edamame, nori strips and a dressing made out of tamari/tahini/wasabi/lemon juice. Scooped up and eaten in some big cos lettuce leaves!

@jkwolly bee pollen are like tiny powdery chunks.. I'm not entirely sure where they come from in the honey making process though! How was your juice cleanse??

Yesterday I was really hungover.. then this happened. French toast with raisin bread (made with egg whites, sugar free maple syrup and almond milk) topped with butter, PB2, banana, bacon and more sugar free syrup... <3

Not sure how long these bars have been around, I found them in Coles yesterday - http://thebarcounter.com.au the high protein ones have incredible macros...130cals, 10P/3C/4F. I bought a chocolate brownie crunch one, haven't tried yet but hopefully they are decent!

I haven't found any nice high fiber cereals where I am so I add psyllium husk or flaxmeal to my smoothies - it makes them nice and thick and doesn't affect the taste at all! Also - Quest Bars :tongue:

Feel free to add me! I'm 22 (23 in December), 165cm, 53kg trying to get to back to my happy weight of 49/50kg. I do a bit of resistance training and I like to mix in some plyo exercises too to keep my heart rate up :flowerforyou: oh AND I also have a massive massive sweet tooth!
