Well I didn't follow a recipe or measure stuff, but can tell you how i did it

Day old brioche, chunked by hand

Soaked that in a custard of whole milk, some cream, pumpkin puree, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, eggs

Put in a circle mold and baked at 400 till custard was set

Whipped cream - was heavy cream, pumpkin puree, 10x sugar, blended, passed through a chinois then loaded into an Isi Whip and charged with one charge

Caramel was granulated sugar heated up dry until melting, then jack daniels and butter were added

^ACG I miss your descriptions of the food! Not sure if that was an intentional omission or a quirk of the new image posting....

Yesterday's dinner, salmon pumpkin patties. I ate the whole lot just like that. 389 calories!!
I used 300g butternut pumpkin, 1 egg and 120g of canned salmon. Baked them in an oven tray. So good!

That sounds and looks delicious! Is that sort of the same as the tuna/potato patties I saw earlier in the thread?

    A very tasty mess:

Garlic and herb sweet potato fries
    Cajun-spiced meatballs
Mushrooms and red onions with garlic and a little crème fraîche
    Balsamic glaze and feta cheese

All came 560 calories and tasted damn good!

I made french toast for dinner tonight. I added some chopped turkey to the egg mixture. Love that sweet and savory combo. Obviously I went overboard on the syrup, but there was a lot left on the plate...I swear! :yum:
