  • There are lots of simple things you can do... Like i will take cooked lentils and add taco seasons make "raw" tacos by eating them in a romaine leaf with other veggies. I also like to do roasted vegetables with rice. What kind of meals have you been eating? That would be helpful in suggesting meals to you.
  • I completely agree with this! i approximate when i log food some times too though i will say i am impressed that the food log on MFP does have a lot of the vegan foods if you search. Ther are alot of food options as a vegan and you dont have to eat a lot of the "fake" processed stuff. I gained alot of my weight from…

  • Veganism also usually includes not using any products that were tested on animals or contain animal by-products. True Veganism is actually very strict. • Congratulations on the progress you have made! That is very inspiring to me as i just joined this site and my exercise plan starting out was to do work on the treadmill (mainly C25K) and 30 day shred. Good luck progressing!

  • I will make sure everything works out to be safe and healthy as possible before trying anything as I want to be as healthy and effective as possible. • I agree it doesn't really seem like a detox....though it does give you a list of "detoxing foods" but as I said think it will be a little extra guidance for me.
  • its not really that I feel the need to detox but having a set of guidelines to work off of helps me out. Just being able to say "I'm going to do this" is a bonus for me. Plus what I saw in the magazine just kind of gave me a guideline and idea. And I have digestive problems so my body doesn't detoxify itself the way it…
