  • I like to use my favorite spices, like garlic, paprika, onion, salt & pepper, or sometimes Cajun spices and then just sear it in olive oil in a heavy pan, then make a salsa with corn, tomatoes, red bell pepper, red onion, etc to go on top. Lots of flavor, but not many calories. Works with any light fish fillets.

  • Thanks for posting that, I too have a lot of trouble staying with my new plan for eating if I don't have enough protein & fat in my meals! It's as if my body is screaming for more & won't stop until I eat more of the protein/fat. I'm always looking for new ideas for breakfast & lunch. Think I'll try Googling it! :laugh: Pam
