I like to use my favorite spices, like garlic, paprika, onion, salt & pepper, or sometimes Cajun spices and then just sear it in olive oil in a heavy pan, then make a salsa with corn, tomatoes, red bell pepper, red onion, etc to go on top. Lots of flavor, but not many calories. Works with any light fish fillets.

Thanks for posting that, I too have a lot of trouble staying with my new plan for eating if I don't have enough protein & fat in my meals! It's as if my body is screaming for more & won't stop until I eat more of the protein/fat. I'm always looking for new ideas for breakfast & lunch. Think I'll try Googling it! :laugh: Pam
