GENIUS.

I am literally getting out of my chair this very moment to make some. Thanks for the idea!

Wow! You look like a completely different person. :drinker:

I'm going out for pizza tonight with the boyfriend before we hit the cinema. Half of a medium traditional pepperoni pizza - GET IN MY BELLY. :drinker: I have just planned for it and made room for the calories within my daily budget.

Awesome! Bump for later.

I tend to have a light snack about an hour before I hit the pavement. I find that I need at least a teensy bit of fuel to propel me through a morning run, but I'll eat my larger meal once I am back. For instance, I might have some chopped fruit and Greek yogurt prior to the run, and then come home and have a veggie and…

I am not at my goal yet, but it felt good to wear a bikini while I was on vacation a few weeks ago! I have a little more fat to lose before I start sculpting, but I think I'm on my way.

What works for me is eating (nearly) 100% clean during the week, and then giving myself a lot of freedom on the weekend. That way, my calorie intake for the week balances out at or below my goal. If you know you like to treat yourself on the weekend, plan for it during the week! For example this might be how my…

First of all, congratulations! I took a peek at your profile and it looks like you are halfway to your initial goal. That is some crazy awesome work, so give yourself some credit!! Second, the longer we do this, the harder it gets to drop big, or even consistent numbers. I would say that given your success so far, you seem…

8.5 - Nice Lips! ;) Too bad we can't see the rest of you...

In to watch later.

I have one of these genius things, and use it everyday for my lunch salad: I fill the bottom bin with spinach, the top sections with chopped veggies, cheese, and chicken, and the middle container with dressing. Then I just pop it into a grocery bag with my afternoon snack (usually an apple with peanut butter, or some…

I am a tall blonde with blue eyes and big boobs. People make a lot of assumptions about me. What they don't know is that I have a certificate in visual arts, a diploma in film production, a degree in film studies, and am a published writer. Take THAT stereotypes.

I get the sentiment here for sure. I LOVE cooking, and don't like limiting myself with ingredients. I want to experience full ranges of flavour and keep things experimental! That being said, losing weight is a huge priority of mine. How do I balance the two? I take a few minutes everyday to log my meals, recipes or…

Great work! Those are some impressive steps towards health and happiness. Keep it up!

I ADORE my slow cooker. Best thing ever. I usually stick to one formula and it has never failed me: 4-6 chicken breasts (frozen) 2 cups of chopped vegetables (whatever you want, really) 1 bottle of marinade or dressing Dump everything in the slow cooker, turn it to low, and let it cook all day while you're at work (about 8…

To echo everyone else, I too eat at a larger deficit during the week and eat back those calories on the weekend. It all evens out in the end and I've continued to drop weight. =) For instance, this week I have been running from from work and eating salads for lunch to create a deficit of about 200-300 cals a day. Tomorrow…

Unfortunately I am in Alberta, Canada so I can empathize with the lack of natural warmth and sunlight - especially during this time of year! Haha.

Check this website out!!!: http://neilarey.com/workouts.html It has tons of visual workouts that you don't need equipment for. It's been a great help for me!

In to try later - yum!!!

Also, in regards to the exercise, I have noticed my cycle has been affected by how much I run. That could also be why it's late. There are lots of reasons, so try not to worry too much. Again, see a doc or take a pregnancy test just to put your mind at ease. Seeing that little negative sign might be enough to relax you via…

Wow - it sounds like you just described my scenario to a 'T'! My boyfriend and I decided to go off of hormonal birth control in April (too many emotional side effects for me) and rely on other methods. Since then I have been a big ball of anxiety, constantly worried if I was pregnant because my period hasn't been regular.…

C25K got me absolutely hooked on running! I just ran my first race on Sunday, and plan to run both a 10K and a half marathon later in 2014. I highly suggest the program.

And the winner is...^^^^^^ :drinker:

"I saw you come in to work this morning with your running gear on. Damn, you're so motivated and fit!" I LOVED hearing that. My goals revolve around my physical fitness and quality of life, not the number on the scale or what I see in the mirror (though those are bonuses). I'd much rather receive a compliment for my…

Running, walking, and hot yoga.

A horror movie and beers.

Oh my goodness - that neon run sounds AMAZING. I may have to sign up for that as well... Thanks for the tips!

Hey hey! I think we could be pals. I too have a past with ED (but I have been in full recovery for a number of years now) and so I prefer friends with plentiful food diaries and healthy exercise habits. A little about me - I run 3-4 times a week, and do hot yoga once a week for strength and meditation. I mix it up…

Hurray for yoga! ^_^ In addition to running and strength training, I also practice yoga for core strengthening and meditation. I love it! My suggestion to you would be to drop-in on a local gym or yoga studios hatha or beginner class. You can usually rent the mat there for $1 (or free at some). Try it out, see if you like…
