Her diary (and maybe yours as well) is closed to the public and friends. For you to see each other diaries, go to Home > Settings > Diary Settings > Diary Sharing (bottom of page) > select 'public' or 'friends only'.

From her account, she can click on your Food 'Diary'. Then, click on 'quick tools' under the meal you want copied. Then, copy to date. That meal should go into her own diary.
