two bits of advice( Fools advice) because I have made these mistakes 1, Stay away from starvation mode Eat enough calories daily 2. Increase the exercise muscular strength and cardios( If its too easy to do, then it isnt burning cals)

Ok I have probably genetic thing going on but mostly extra fat in the breast and under the arm pits. The first of it to go was in the back and now its gone. I am having the same struggle here in the Philippines...If I eat a normal Filipino meal, its almost guaranteed to stay within my calories I need to consume but surprisingly I always fall short in Protein. My temporary solution was to drink Milo R2 in the mornings with my breakfast. I see alot of Egg comments so maybe tome…
