Just got a couple of walks in this week owing to work commitments but had a great gym session today, couple of thousand calories burned but I'm sure I'll need every one of them tonight for my wife's work Xmas party

Back in to the swing of things with a great gym session today, 40 minutes each on the treadmill and elliptical then good workout on the weights, still seeing good gains with both squats and deadlifts up to 100kg and now at 300kg for leg presses which is pretty much as far as I can go as there is no room for anymore…

Carl it is simple water retention buddy, don't get discouraged by the numbers just keep doing what you do and it will all sort it self out.

Very frustrating week for me, haven't been to the gym due to having to go to work on my rest days for meetings and training courses and now I'm working right through until Sunday morning means it's going to be very difficult fitting in a session between then :(

I wanted to be flippant and say 'cool story bro' but seriously..... cool story bro, that is an amazing, albeit horrific experience, so glad you are taking it so positively, I have had a couple of brushes with death myself and it certainly changes your outlook. Keep safe buddy and I hope your injuries clear up soon.
