One of our favourites has become Gwyneth Paltrow's Cauliflower, Chick Pea, Mustard and Parsley. I don't have the link with me, but you should easily be able to find the recipe on a search. I usually bring a salad with lo-cal dressing on the side. I change up the ingredients including stuff like apple, sunflower seeds, craisins, hard boiled egg, tuna, broccoli, carrot slaw, etc. Pack a no sugar added jello container and that comes to around 200-250 calories for lunch. Let's me save the majority of my calories…
