Sorry! Just had to finish up some stuff at work  I'm just absorbing all the tips from you guys.
-
I probably just need to do as you say and be patient and NOT weigh myself everyday.
-
That's a great idea. Except I have a 2kilo peanut butter jar. Otherwise, I think it will work.
-
I think I need new workout bottoms

You're right. I should start weighing food more often and break down ingredients when I cook. Thanks for the tip. I also don't use grease when frying egg. Tfal does the job well without oil
-
Thanks. But how do I weigh things like peanut butter, butter, etc without making a mess?
-
Yup. I have a foodscale and try to log everything I eat.

It's just frustrating to not see results even for a pound or two. I used to lose an average of 1-1.5lb weekly :S

5'0" here. I eat usually 1100 cals a day and walk for 30 mins. Started taking MFP seriously on July. I have lost 15lbs since.

Peanut Butter Smoothie! 1 cup unsweeted almond milk - 30 cals 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter - 80 cals 1 packet twin sugar - 0 cal 6 ice cubes 1. Put everything in a blender. I use the whip setting. 2. Enjoy 110 calories of indulgence!

Yeah, Winnipeg winters are brutal. Usually -40 C, and you still have to factor in the windchill of -50 C.

There's really nothing wrong with Netflix. I only allow myself to watch OITNB when using the treadmill. The thing is, I'm looking for other unheard of activities while doing so. Walking outside is an option...for only half of the year, as I live in Winterpeg!

Adding you! :)

I'm 5'0" currently 168lbs. My goal weight is 130. Add me :)

Hi there! I'm 5'0 and 170lbs when I started. Progress has been very slow for me as my work means sitting on an office chair the whole day. I'm currently in a 1200 calorie diet which I usually can't follow on weekends.. My target weight would be 135lbs. I know everything depends on my determination. Good luck to you and I…

5 feet! add me :)

Same problem with me! It's hard finding boots that would fit my legs. I often just settle with mid-high boots, which is not flattering :( I don't wear shorts or skirts because of this. Add to that that I'm only 5ft. You'll never go wrong with straight cut pants/jeans. And smile...a lot...so the focus is on the pretty face…

Awesome! I'll add you. I'm just starting out btw :)
