If it's professional then- no not at all.

I have but it was only because of pushing myself too hard and not paying attention to my water intake- sometimes it was too much sometimes not enough. But it is infrequent and shouldn't be an normal occurrence.

You don't go from the mail room to the corner office in one jump- you're not going to lose weight like that either. Make some smaller goals for yourself.

Wow- so many good things to put on bagels- I am simpleton- I tend to just eat them right from the bag, cold with nothing on them, but I prefer cinnamon raison or blueberry bagels best. Ultimately it's only going to work if you put forth the effort, it doesn't matter that you don't like it- you're going to have to do it if you want to lose the weight. try food? Don't feel like you have to limit yourself to traditional "breakfast foods", I personally enjoy a waldorf chicken salad (no mayo, just because I don't like it) often for breakfast.

Super hot water, don't cram your washer full, they need room to move around in the water. Baking soda and white vinegar in the wash cycle.

squats aren't going to make your butt smaller- it'll make it look better, higher, firmer, rounder, etc... but not smaller. your diet is what is going to slim your butt and thighs the best.

Agree with Adini- don't wait. Why repeat efforts? Here's a little something some people have a hard time realizing. Fat is fat and muscle is muscle- the two are not interchangeable, nor does one turn into the other. But... muscle does a great job at helping your body burn fat! Good luck.
