^^This is the same for me. I also find that the more nutritious the food I eat, the less cravings I have. I have come to think that cravings are my body's way of saying it needs more foods high in vitamins, minerals, protein, water and fiber.

ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS!! Not kidding at all. Slice in half, toss will a little olive oil, salt and pepper, maybe a little Tony's. Roast on 400 for 20 minutes. Unbelievably good. I NEVER ate brussels sprouts before...didn't like them at all. Roasting takes away the bitter taste. YUM!

When you say you eat 1200 calories, do you mean NET? Or are you eating 1200 and burning 500, thereby netting 700 calories?

I weigh almost everything unless I eat the whole container and the calories are on the package. With fruit and vegetables, I either weigh it or I estimate the size (small apple), etc.

I love having MFP on my phone...it makes it so easy to check restaurants before I go. I always try to look at the menu online also. It seems what I would have chosen is NEVER the healthiest item....kinda scary....you just can't always tell by the description.
