I can't stand too-short shirts, it drives me crazy. I find that the higher end companies sell longer shirts, like Nordstrom. They are more expensive, but it's a pet-peeve of mine, so worth it.

I agree, but at the same time...I am wearing shoes, so I guess it wouldn't matter if I ran after someone who was barefoot...

I usually want coffee also, but I can't drink coffee in the afternoon, it keeps me up at night. I also crave chocolate, BAD! I tried a hardboiled egg and some crackers today and that totally kept me satisfied until dinner. I'm usually starving when I get home from work, but wasn't today...

water shooting for 8 glasses, usually hit 6... half-caff coffee with fat free creamer and liquid stevia red wine, usually cabernet White wine, reisling is my new fav. an occassional herbal tea, peppermint is my fav those are my staples

I have issues with this too. What seems to help is having a protein and a carb as a snack, like an apple and some cheese or fage greek yogurt with fruit, or some nuts and an orange.

I have reduced the creamer and use fat free half and half now. I also use liquid stevia with a teeny bit of real sugar. This has helped me reduce the calories in each coffee. I also have not been able to give up coffee, I LOVE IT!!!! I also drink my second cup black with 6 drops of liquid stevia...I didn't use to like…

When I pulled a muscle the physical therapist had my rest it and ice it. They also did some infrared thing. Then they started me on weight training that muscle, very slowly building up.
