My "why" is to be healthy and fit. Its that simple. I am a better person all around when I take care of myself, so I need to be consistent. I also really want to get rid of the 40lbs that has been with me for the last 12 years. I'm done with it! lol!

I hear ya! The last two wknds have found us very busy with social events. I rarely drink alcohol anymore and figure I had more drinks these past two weeks than I did in the last 6 months. Yup I did it and am now training for a Duathlon. Still overweight as I did not lose much weight, but definitely increased my muscle tone and endurance. I did not worry about speed. Ran at a snail's pace, but still ran. You can do it! It's a great program.

March 1st and it is -36 C but with a windchill feels like -48C. Yes, I am tired of the winter, the cold and the snow.
