I think happiness with your body does not come when you reach a weight... That is just my opinion based on what I've observed about myself and other people. *Shrug*. That's comforting to know because on days when I don't do anything but stretch and walk I don't go above 1200 - 1800 calories. It kind of worried me but I guess it's OK as long as you aren't spending 4 hours in the gym.
