Guys, I think I need to drop out. My life is so stressful right now that I'm barely putting one foot in front of the other. I just can't keep up. I'm wishing you all the best on your fitness journeys. Maybe I'll ask to join again if I ever feel like I can do it without letting all of you and myself down.

Today's high was 4 below zero. So, no outside walk for me. I've been walking around the house trying to get those last few steps in. My cat either chases me or looks at me like I'm nuts. We might be above zero by Tuesday! I'm a little worried about Monday's weigh in. Any chance I can lose 5 pounds between now and then? Ha!

Monday was way over on calories. Tuesday and today are much better. I also did yoga for the first time today! I'm so pleased with myself! I'm mostly good about exercise in general and am usually pretty close on getting my steps in, so food is really my issue. But, trying something new today has really boosted my spirits.…
