I see that you eat equal amounts of protein and carbs with a low fat of 80g or lower. Would you say this ratio contributes much to your success? or doesn't it matter? I find you an amazing inspirational person to achieve this thank you so much for posting this.

Its problably the lactose in the protien shake,use lactase tables or go for a non dairy protien powder like brown rice protienor the even do beef protien powder now. there is also isolate protien but the still give me stomache upset I will be buying beef protien powder next from bulk powders.com

Love MFP its so easy after a couple of weeks it help you to stop being greedy (in my case). I started MFP 2 months ago the last month Ive been Intermittent fasting with this tool and its soooooo easy and getting results.
