how do u figure heel drop? (arch height - heel height) = heel drop ? measured inside the shoe or outside it? and where would i find a zero heel drop shoe?

I work 12.5 hour shifts (8 am - 830pm) but we have lots of great food to choose from, so its no struggle eating right. the struggle for me is snacking between meals. dont you have good choices in your cafeteria? or is snacking between meals also a problem 4 u?

imho, stand strong is good advice. I used to live near 3 dobies who would always run after me. I would turn around and threaten to throw a rock at them (even if my hand was empty) or a stick, even a little one. they always stayed back. my roommate, on the other hand, showed his fear and got bit bad. fwiw. but pepper spray…

can you afford the YMCA its typ about $1/day. try the treadmill, plug in your mp3 player to listen to, and challenge yourself to go a little further each day. Running on the treadmill to music is fun 2 me!

I love Tiesto too. but if Skrillex is dubstep, welll....any music is better than no music, but his stuff isnt very danceable. i remember one place we went to, they were discussing if somebody's music was house, or deep house, or dark house :)

I prefer the TM because 1. no rocks to hurt my feel or twist my ankles, and 2. no huge clouds of dust in the air to breath, so its alot heathier for me 3. and no 110 degrees F., (45 degrees C) in the summer and no mud and ice in the winter 4. I can watch TV, even if its stupid shows I dont like, so the time just flies

You CAN get back to running slowly and carefully if you: 1. listen to your body, if your hurtin' too much rest up 2. run some sort of cream on that area - for ex., ibuprofen cream, I have homeopathic creme so I use that 3. stretch b4 hand, in the middle, and afterwards. like the yoga stretches, "down dog" and "happy baby"…
