Hi! Im not sure i understand. Does your meds make you muscles feel tight so its hard to exercize if you take them before you exercize? Or does your meds help you loosen up, so you wanna take them, before u excercize? :smile:

no you dont have to take a month off to rest, but yes you should do something.....do you have - for ex. - insurance to see a physical therapist or chiropractor or ???? if not, ask your friends: "Who can do a a massage or fix bad backs or ..." thats what i'd do, i bet if you ask 5 friends someone can help ...

pls be careful with the painkillers. acetameniphen (tylenol, called in the UK paracetomol) is the #1 cause of ER admissions in the US and the UK, and steroids arent intended for long term use. if you gotta take something advil (ibuprofen) limited to six per day, maybe the safest choice. ### i really love many of the…
