Heart rate still high after exercise

Hey.
Last week I did a session with a personal trainer for the first time (I'm not new to exercise though). She really pushed me and my heart rate was at 175-185 for most of the 30min session.
Normally after exercise my heart rate goes down to at least around 100 fairly quickly within a few minutes but this time my heart rate stayed at around 155 for at least 45minutes. Should I be worried about this? Should maybe tomorrow I not push myself as much with her? Or is this quite normal?

some trainers push ya so hard you throw up afterwards, which is not normal. ....well, its now one day later, how do u feel now?
and whats your age and fitness level - for ex, are u 50+ and / or over 50 lbs overweight? I have never heard to a heart rate staying so high so long after exercise, so you are right 2 b concerned.0
