I am losing fine on the pill. It does affect your appetite, but that doesn't mean you should eat more. Just stay in a deficit and the weight will come off. The reason many women gain on birth control is because they are hungrier on it, and therefore eat more calories.
-
Look at it this way: at least you caught your mistake early before it could really set you back. 2 days over maitenance won't affect much, it will all balance out. Good luck on your journey.

If you can't even eat 1,200 calories a day, how exactly did you get to the point where you're now trying to lose weight?
-
We can't really answer this without knowing your height, weight, activity level, etc. Also, if you're just estimating the number of calories you eat it's possible you're way off. I would suggest buying a food scale and weighing your food so you can be more accurate.

Cutting out/down carbs isn't going to help you tone, and it won't help you lose weight either unless you have a calorie deficit. Unless you have a medical reason to, you shouldn't be worrying about carbs.
-
If what you're doing is working, stick with it. The time you eat doesn't affect your weight loss. Just stay within your regular calorie allowance.
-
You can't choose where the weight comes off from. Just continue eating at a deficit and you will eventually lose it from that area.

Here's a tip: wear whatever the hell you want. Dress how you feel confident, and don't worry about what others may think. You shouldn't have to hide in your clothes, regardless of your weight. ETA: Just saw your other thread. I'm urging you to seek professional help.

Thank you for a serious reply. I do have a history of disordered eating, but I didn't know if this kind of thing was serious enough for me to seek out help again.

You need to eat back your exercise calories.
-
Well, how many calories are you eating a day? Your diary is private, so we can't really answer your question. And it doesn't matter when you eat as long as you're consuming enough calories.

Thanks! I only ask because I was looking at all these reviews online, and they said the cost was $5/box. It must have been raised since then.

No problem stephipoo2. On a sidenote... how much do the boxes cost for everyone else? Mine cost $6, but I was under the assumption that they were supposed to cost $5?
