Why do you need such a low cal plan if you are going to the gym? I dont do any exercise, weigh 10st and a slow loss for me is 1800cal

Well I have astonished myself. I switched to a more manageable goal in the hope that slow and steady wins the race. My Fitbit says I have walked a whopping 40km this week, with 180 active minutes (ie moderately raised heart trate, feel a little warm).

I had very very similar symptoms to you, went through lots of tests and received vague diagnosis of irritable upper digestive tract (ie with no trigger or cause). Prescribed a tablet to take 20 mins before food whilst symtoms remained. Took some time to settle down but rarely flares up now. Stress can make it worse.

Ok thank you I am seeing similar advice. I didnt really think that walking fairly briskly on the flat would be exercising my heart and lungs enough to make any difference. I think I need to move more than brisk walking, skating, taking kids to the park to improve my heart and lungs. I don't like how any exercise feels when it make me out of breath. Actually I see that since I manually added the driving to the fitbit app the fitbit has stopped syncing with mpf altogether, it is just stuck on the preadjusted figure. I have diconnected, logged off, logged back on and reconnected but it still isnt syncing (although mfp does this the devices are connected)
