How to make 1250 calories diet plan

Okk so i have been gym for a while now.and i asked my trainer for a diet and he is being grumpy, today i asked him again he is least bother so if anyone could help with it

People can make you a meal plan, but it's more sustainable for you to figure out how to make the foods you enjoy and have access to fit into your goals. What are you eating now?1

Why do you need such a low cal plan if you are going to the gym? I dont do any exercise, weigh 10st and a slow loss for me is 1800cal0

Your regular foods are going to be more appealing. Learning portions and figuring out how to tweak recipes are important tools for maintenance.
