This is it. Besides, if I were you, I wouldn't weigh everyday. Weigh once a week, at the same time of the day, right after using the bathroom and naked. This way you can see a long term trend.

I do once a week. Everyday is too stressful for me and I tend to get stressed out over daily fluctuations. I don't need that kind of grief.

Maybe the raw vegan diet is tiring you. Can you try and stick to your caloric goals whilst eating more cooked foods and small portions of whatever it is that you crave? Also, congrats on the 30 lbs lost! Fantastic job!
