Why is there no "LOL" button anywhere? Hitting "Awesome" when I'm LOLing away seems like such a waste.

Bumping this post just so people read your excellent comment.

Yaay! The one thing that stood out to me is how happy you look at both your weights. You can't fake that kind of smile
-
Very nice of you  You came by just to say those encouraging words. I could use people like you in my life!
-
I'm a lifelong vegetarian. No mock meat for me. Let me know if you need specific ideas.
-
You have the right attitude! Start slow and start small. Leslie Sansone 1 mile walk workouts take only 15 minutes, are low-moderate intensity and can help you break a small sweat. Good luck!
-
Are you breastfeeding? It was basically impossible for me to lose weight while nursing. Smell your son's head, remember that you've made a human and cut yourself some slack!
-
If you're not nursing, you can start at 6 weeks. It took me that long to recover from my vaginal birth(with second degree tearing). Go really easy to start with and then ramp up as you feel ready.
-
With so little to lose, you simply cannot approximate. Your logging has to be super tight.
-
Depends on a LOT of things. Are you breastfeeding? - Some women can lose weight just by nursing, others cannot. This is a very individual thing. I could not diet while nursing without affecting my supply. Did you have a vaginal birth? - If you did, you can start exercising after 6 weeks or after your first check-up,…

Ssshhh! One of us could steal the idea and get really rich!

Strength training! Lift heavy and focus on recomp. You're already at a very healthy weight.
-
On the naked look bit, strength training is your friend! You may see some temporary weight gain from water retention when you start working out, but it'll make a remarkable difference to your body. Us women need all the muscle that we can get. Nobody needs osteoporosis. If you're new at strength training, I highly…

0.6 lb is the difference between poop and no poop. It's really no big deal.

Ah...quitting smoking can lead to some weight gain. It did for my husband. What with all the free time your mouth has  He started having a much better appetite and food started being way tastier when he quit, so he was tempted to keep on eating. When he started making more intelligent choices and differentiating…

Well you could. But don't get too fixated on the number because if you're pre menstrual, you may weigh in higher simply from hormonal changes - I have weighed in 3-5 lbs higher 1-2 days before my periods are due. The weight does drop off immediately after. Good luck!
-
I just got lighter than my husband after over 2 years. It is soooo satisfying!
-
I know that helplessness all too well but seriously, most commentators will give you the truth and nothing but the truth. If something is unhealthy, they'll tell you. That's the kind of thing I want my friends to do for me. Don't take these comments personally. Look at them as you benefiting from the lessons someone else…

You're saying the same thing the "nasty" posters are saying  What makes them nasty and not you?
-
I'm 12 lbs away from "Normal" BMI. I can hardly wait!
-
Thanks for the kind words, fellow mommies/warriors
-
Agree with the others. I've given up obssessing over having a BM. If you consistently cannot poop in the AM, try and keep your pre weigh in day consistent, so you won't have too much variation from different foods.

Sounds about right. I live in CT and we're at about $500-700 per month for my family of 3 (me, hubs and toddler). We eat mostly home cooked and some lunches at work. Breakfast is at work almost everyday(that's $40 for me per month).

I see dimples on my cheeks after 2 long years. I ate a pizza last night and stopped at 2 slices and wasn't even tempted to eat the rest. So much winning!

Go go go! You're doing an awesome job! I don't even know you, but I'm very proud of you
