Wow how nasty has this site gotten. I totally get why a DVD is easier than the gym. A DVD can be done at any time night or day without having to leave the house and worry about gym opening times and childcare etc.

I'm the same. I'm good and get to where I need to be and then ruin it by eating anything and everything. Vicious circle.

Tracking makes me obsessed and makes me eat more just because I have calories left. I stop listening to my body when I track.

Mine won't sync to garmin connect which is frustrating. I want to know how many calories I burnt exercising and don't want to disconnect the device from the app because I will lose everything. Hope they sort it soon.

I'm the same but with milkshake powder. I normally drink it with milk everyday and have done so for years but lately the smell and taste make me gag. I haven't gone off milk though. It's weird.

I've been stopping and starting it but tomorrow I'm starting again so count me in. I'm determined to stick with it this time.
