A cheat day really throws me off and I find it so hard to get back on track the next day. Now I just have a cheat day if, for example, a special occasion is coming up I'll work towards that as a day to have a few treats.

Just for today: I will stay strong and therefore exercise and eat clean.

I find one rest day a week motivates me to start back in the gym the next day. Knowing that a rest day is coming often encourages me to work harder the day before and after the rest day.
