Good for you! I am also doing the Couch to 5k program, with a 5k scheduled for October 3rd! I've found running to be very relaxing and as good for my brain as my body, LOL! Feel free to add me if you'd like! We can motivate each other!

I did week 4 day 3 last night, and it finally felt good! I can't believe I'm going to be on week 5!! I Have a feeling I may be repeating some days this week, but I'm okay with that! I have 7 weeks until my 5k.....

Try adding some strength training! (This is hard for me too, I am a cardio junkie and haven't found a strength training program/routine that I like yet) But, the muscle you build will help you burn more fat!

Way to go Mia! I'll be starting week one today or tomorrow! My hip/groin area seems to hurt on the right side after a run, and it lingers for a while, so I thought I might wait an extra day, though I am itching to get out there! Does anyone know what might be causing that pain? Thanks!
