I don’t want to just Diet. I do not want to be flabby. My biggest fear is getting bat wings - personally id rather be a little overweight. I need something that is going to push me to my limit - that is my nature - unfortunately I must keep all sweets out of my home. I wish I had the willpower - but I don’t.

I have 65lbs to lose - I started 21DF today - I'm not following meal plan or drinking shakeology - I bought french vanilla protein powder from GNC called LeanShake 25 or something like that (i'm at work). It tastes pretty good as long at it's mixed with milk... how is everyone doing? Room seems pretty quiet....
