It curdles because your coffee is too high in acidity. Try a medium or darker roasted kind of beans. I had the same problem. It's not unhealthy to drink, it only looks bad.

It's the coffee! I've had the same problem. But with darker roasted coffee beans the almond milk doesn't curdle. Good luck!

Hi, I think I've got it!! :smile: I think it has to do with how long the coffee beans are roasted. Light roasted beans have a higher acidity = almond milk curdles in the coffee.
