I want to have Almond Milk in my coffee instead of cows milk just as I prefer the taste however, every time I add it I'm it curdles. I tried heated it a bit then added it but I'm still getting curdling. I read on here all the time people using Almond Milk in Coffee.
Help?! Any tips?

what brand do you use of each? Cheap coffee is more acidic and can cause curdling.0

I use Mellow Birds (I'm in the UK) and maybe that is why? It is quite a weak coffee. Never thought it might be the coffee!0

It's the coffee! I've had the same problem. But with darker roasted coffee beans the almond milk doesn't curdle. Good luck!0

I use Blue Diamond Almond Milk (USA). I haven't noticed any curdling. Maybe I drink it too fast.0
