Drinking has been holding me back. I've got to learn to better control how many drinks I have, especially on the weekends. Also, I've been inconsistently going to the gym. Weekends I don't really track what I eat on MFP, I don't binge, I still watch what I eat, but I'm not as concerned with recording it. I eat within reason and try not to go over my calorie limit.

Thanks for the help guys. Although I'm a bit disappointed that doing crunches and stuff won't tone my midsection. Are those exercises worth doing? Do they help at all?

I'm 5' 3". 25 years ole and I weight 130 now. Gonna try to get to 120, but ideal weight is 115.

I do data entry as well and work in a home office. I have little dogs that I take care of and walk every few hours for 10 mins at a time. Getting up and taking walks throughout the day might help. I also go to the gym after work to try and work on toning my body up a bit more.

I struggle a bit with this too. I've been only drinking once a week, and thats on a friday or saturday night. I haven't tracked the intake, but its usually 5 shots or 6 beers or so. I want to cut back, but I also like my one day of drinking. Is that too much to drink in one day if I want to lose weight?
