I'm sorry you have all this negative feedback. If I were you I would research it on your own. Compare ingredients to other shakes in the market. Good luck finding one without a bunch of crap in it. Btw...pyramid schemes are illegal, and companies do get investigated for it, look at Herbalife for example. Make your decision…

I do not consider this falling of the wagon...I do this once a week! I cannot deprive myself of the crap I love...or I WILL fall off the wagon. I have been doing them for a few weeks..just whichever ones I feel like. Which works, I just don't know what they look at for a Beachbody challenge either, if you have to go by the schedule or not.

I would love to join! Height 5'6 Weight 178 Goal 130-140 by this time next year. I would like to lose another 18 lbs by May (1-2 lbs a week). Workout Goal: 3-5 x's a week.

I have used multiple websites...FitnessBlender.com, Zuzkalight.com, Bodyrock.tv, they are all great. Also, you can find a ton of workouts by just going on YouTube.
