I am looking for to be keto adapted too, i ordered a ketone meter i have been doing this lifestyle for 4 1/2 weeks and i totally love how i feel. Does anybody know if there is a group here with the goal of Nutritional Ketosis/Keto adaptation instead of only ketosis???

I am so happy to share my 1 month progress: Weight - 2.8 lbs. Fat % - 0.3% Fat Mass - 1.1 lbs. Lean Mass - 1.7 lbs. Biceps 0 cm Chest 2 cm Waist 1.5 cm Ab 1.5 cm Hip 0.5 cm Thigh 1 cm Calf 0 cm Skin Fold caliper 1 mm 1 inch is 2.5 cms.
