Embarrassed? You should be doing it for yourself not them, you have a chance at setting an example for others to follow. Most ppl are going to run their mouth because they want to do what you are doing and cant. By you being on a diet it shows you give a dam about your health. Don't ever be ashamed of your effort to live a…

Be proud of your accomplishment! It shows great focus and determination! :drinker:

I teach boxing classes for cardio, and we burn a lot of cardio.... jumping rope, weights training, sit-ups with medicine balls, and boxing drills, etc etc... so I guess kickboxing would be the same or even more..
-
Its mandatory for military, I been getting the flu shot for the last 20 years and can only remember getting sick twice.
-
Of course, it's not just 1 parents responsibility to take care of the kids and to do house work/cook. I tell my wife that she don’t have to cook all the time, I know how to cook, and cook better than her. I'm able to do the same things she can do, plus we take pressure off each other when we share the load.....

Lol, don't matter what she says....as long as you are happy with yourself and what you have accomplish. Ppl are always going to say something to bring you down, keep your head up, and shake them haterz off!!!

If you want toner arms, try to workout with less weight and higher reps. I would say anywhere between 15-20 reps on arms exercises or for any other exercise for body parts that you would like to tone up. Also hit your cardio HARD, this is KEY.....Good luck!
-
I think that if you are focus on your fitness goal, it shouldn't matter where you workout at. 30 mins at home or in the gym is what you put into it.. Stay Focus, and go GET ' EM!

Thanks to all you guys that could see the real purpose of this thread! Another problem is that too many ppl here are too SENSITIVE..On another note, I can help you with your battle with weight loss if you like.. Have a nice day...

OUTSTANDING my friend! I wish you well with this and will pray the God heals your body! This is what I'm talking about, NEVER QUIT!!
-
Well you don't know me therefore it my seem like I'm yelling but I'm not. Ppl on my friendlist know I'm a highly motivated person..and I train ppl for free...this is what I said in the thread.......I encourage most ppl who are trying to lose weight, but I'm finding out why the same ppl who tells me they want to lose weight…
-
Hmm if you read correctly you would see that I were talking about ppl that I train, so that means I know them!! And I also said to those that are trying ...thanks for setting the example! Don't just comment if you not willing to read the whole story my friend..
-
I'm clearly talking about ppl that I know and train. If you take it as me being mean then that's how you feel. Just like anyone else I stated my opinion, being nice don't help ppl meet there goals, but telling them that they are not pushing hard enough to lose weight just might motivate them to care. Some ppl need a good…

Excellent comment!!

This is funny...ppl getting mad at skinny girls or jealous about who someone is with, etc etc. If you don't like how you look then fix yourself. Too many ppl on this website make excuses why the are overweight or why they can't lose weight. You can be with any guy or girl you want to, first of all you have to feel good…

I just think its all on the the person, has nothing to do with buffness. The guys I know love big women, one of my friends says it like this " if they not big I don't want them" lol...there's nothing wrong with a few extra pounds, but just letting yourself go, is a different story. Hell alot of women don't want buff guys.…

You don't have to prove anything to everyone but yourself! If they like you, cool..and if they don't, thats cool too. You can wave McDonalds in my face all day, its my choice on what I eat, no one force me to eat it, and no one is to blame for that except yourself. As a trainer I hear some many reasons why ppl say they are…

Your comment is right on point!!

I 4got to add that in my comment that you would cut your rest time 10-15 seconds if you are trying to be ripp. If you want mass, then go heavy on the weights with short reps (6-8), rest for 60 seconds and then hit it again. Do cardio 2-3 times a week for mass, if you trying to lose weight or ripp, do cardio 5-6 times a…
-
I would say intense. You can get a good workout in 45 mins to an hour. If you are lifting weights cut your rest time between set to 10-15 seconds max, this will stress your muscles more and will make them heal/grow faster and in the long run. If you are doing cardio its the same rule, 45-60 min max. Your body starts to…

ACE is great also!

Yes there are.. ISSA, also has tons of seminars and will call you to see if you would like to attend

Never heard of them, I got my certifactions from: Penn foster (Very easy course to take) & International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) (Lots of work but worth it!)
-
We all need motivation, but the greatest motivation come from deep within! Others can motivate you but its useless if you cant motivate yourself and that wastes other ppl time. Try looking in the mirror at yourself... Do you like what you see???? No? Well that's all the motivation you need my MFP sister!! Yes, you do like…
-
I love the shake weight, I can shake it up to 4.5 minutes now... and it burns like hell, I get a good pump from it... but to each its own!
-
Yes, I'm stuck with my wife, no matter the weight because its deeper than that! As a personal trainer, its my job to help my wife lose weight rather its after having the baby or in general. When you marry someone for the wrong reasons, its easy to leave them.
-
You have to love yourself, and if your man doesn't love you enough to HELP you lose the weight or to be supportive, then you need to move on. If he's going to love you because you are thin, then its just a physical thing, and it should be more than that! On the same note we most not let our-self get to the point that we…
