Week 2. SW = 187 CW = 185. Lost 2lbs. I was 183 on Monday morning, so I picked up two lbs of liquid and carbs for the race. Lets see if it comes back off again by Monday morning.

I'm going to the beer and donut topic. That one sounds a lot tastier.

Favorite way to eat Oatmeal now is in a shake. 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup milk, 1 banana and sometimes an apple. Put it all in a Magic Bullet cup and blend. Instant oatmeal shake and no heat required. Taste great too. Last night I did 1 cup of oats for a bigger dinner.

Looking good everyone and keep at it. I got my workout in today. Running bleachers. Hardest thing I do all week I think. So I'm resting until my 5k on Saturday.
-
I had to get a tape measure, because the scale would not move for the first 3 weeks. After the 4th week I started to lose 1 lb a week and last week I lost 5. I think I see an Ab when I flex in the mirror now. Stick with IT!

Did my long run yesterday. Only needed 8 miles, but my partner kept going because she needed to make up a few miles from the week. Ended up doing 13.25 in 1.58. Pinky toe was tender yesterday. I can do some elliptical on this off day to stay burning. Its Monday! Lets go!

Currently training for my 2nd marathon in January. Starting week 3 tomorrow, so the miles aren't to high as yet. I've done 3 5ks already and the 4th is next weekend. I'm here to lose weight, so i can run easier and faster. lol Looking forward to running with you all.

Just Joined the group. I was hoping to get down to 170 by the end of Nov, but I'm losing about 1 lb a week. So extending it out to Christmas seems like a more attainable goal. Glad to be here. Week 2. SW= 187
