Has anyone noticed inches lost from adding it to their diet? I guess, if you're watching everything, it's hard to tell. I love to melt 1 tbsp and coat chicken in it and bake. I use them as a snack, either pre or post workout. I also like to heat them in the microwave for about 10-20 seconds and eat them like a sweet treat :) Really helps my midnight cravings. What kinds of dips do you use? Do you make them or pick them up from the store? Make them hot or cold? I could maybe do like a wing bar, have a few bowls with dips and people can toss their own?
