yes, 20 minutes of circuit training unless you have a HRM that detects your calories burned but I don't so 20 minutes will do.

Even though food plans mandatory, I but my own food and stock a fridge in my room. i have been doing a tid bit of research and found that it would be due to the amount of carbs im eating because when i get hungry its carb cravings so maybe if i go on a low carb diet it will help with the cravings. I will try starting tomorrow
