well according to him its wrong. sorry just hacked off because i did my first little run and got left because i kept stopping. not my fault as i've never done it before. hes got a garmin watch that his mate gave him but i can't afford one. maybe i should of just used the app on my phone but i forgot.

i go on the wii and do just dance and ea active 2. I try to do about a hour when i'm not working. Sometimes more if i can.
