Thanks for all suggestions! i will check them out. I do have more than one pair, I have 3 pounds, 5's, 8's and 10's. Now I want to get 12's because I'want to do another round of Chalean Extreme. I've gotten stronger since last time so there wont be any point unless I get a heavier set.

I'm totally confused about the heart rate zones! I never really thought about it until I started using my HRM. I guess I have to get familiar with it. My HRM kept getting up to 190 too, while doing Jillian's cardio 3.

Thanks guys! When I used it yesterday for workout 11 it said I burned 354 which I thought was a little high. I have to figure out the whole heart rate zone thing lol.

I forgot that we're supposed to do workouts 11 & 12 for 3 weeks, I wonder if she did that on purpose for some reason. But anyway, you're right about it getting boring. Those are great results and I would be really proud if I were you. Good Job!! I'm on week 10 and I've lost weight & inches but the before & after pictures I took are horrible. I can't see a difference in them.

I totally understand. I'm on week 7 but my biggest weaknesses are planks and push-ups. So when workouts 3 & 4 came along I wanted to cry. Congratulations!!! You really did get amazing results!! Im hoping for the same but your right everyone is different. Yesterday after workout 5 I did 30 minutes of Turbo Jam and felt great. So I think I'm gonna try to do at least some cardio after the strength training workouts.

I'm interested!! I finished week 1 last week and started week 2 yesterday. I love how it's only 20 minutes, it goes by super fast and I can do another workout after if I want. Count me in :) It's so much better having support when your doing a program like this :smile:
