Okay, so I need some help.
I've been eating the amount of calories MFP has set for me, which is 1,490 and I don't have a HRM so I enter my workouts according to MFP. I'm doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and on the 7th week and workout 6 days a week. I'm scared that if I don't up my calories my weight loss is gonna stop. I calculated my TDEE on the Fat 2 Fit site and got 1,823 calories a day to lose weight. If I start eating that many calories a day will I gain weight since I've been at 1,490 for the past couple of months?
How do I track TDEE on here and what do I do as far as entering exercise calories? I'm sorry if I'm not making sense but I need help from you people that know exactly how this works I would really appreciate it and any other advice you have for me. Here is my info in case it helps:
30 yr Female
Current weight- 186
Goal weight- 155
Height- 5'11
Thank you!!!!!

If you calculated your TDEE with exercise then you don't enter it again.0

You lost water weight immediately when you first reduced calories. You'll replenish most of those water pounds by upping calories towards maintenance. So you shouldn't view it as "gained" weight.
To track TDEE calories, go to Goals and select the Custom option. Subtract the deficit you wish to follow from your TDEE estimate and enter that number as your Net calorie goal (Ex: My TDEE is 2850; My deficit is 250 calories; I eat 2600 to lose weight; thus 2600 is my net intake).
For exercise, I just log the activities and enter 1 calorie so that it does not change my net goal. Remember that TDEE includes exercise energy expenditure, thus you do not have to actually log it at all nor do you eat back any exercise calories when using TDEE method.0 -
