Can I go back to MFP calculations?
I changed my calorie and nutrient goals a few months ago when I was using TDEE. I want to use MFP calculations again but I'm not sure how to do that. I looked through the help section and couldn't find anything regarding that. Unless I totally skipped it. Is it possible to switch back? Thanks for the help!!

I know Jillian recommends a 1200 calorie diet throughout this program, which kinda confuses me bc I keep reading articles about eating more to lose more. Sugar Intake
I've noticed recently that I've been over a few grams in my sugar on here. It bothers me a little even though I know the sugar is coming from natural foods. Ideas for Tuna Fish?
I've always liked Tuna Fish and I know it's healthy but I was wondering if anyone had any alternatives to mayo. Even using the low-fat mayo isn't the healthiest.
