I'm aiming for at least 3 of Kerts workouts a week plus when I move next week I can add a run and a Spin class. My boss bought me a box of brownies for Christmas and they arrived today....so might need to add in a few extra workouts to make up for those 🤪

These are my two...Miniature Schnauzer and Hungarian Vizsla. We compete in agility together which should keep me fit but doesn't! Walk them a couple of miles every day, train twice a week and compete most weekends! I love them even when I have to walk them at 6am!!!!

Thanks for this - No I know I gained because I ate too much last week! I'm already set to lose 0.5lbs a week, but I've been off the rails for a few months and have gained 7lbs. Hoping for a bit of water weight loss over the next week! I've already dropped down a lb since Saturday. I did NROLFW at the start of the year and…

My biggest advice for anyone doing C25K - slow down! When I first did it, I could probably have walked faster than I was doing the 'running' bits. Yes you might feel silly but trust me, slow down. You should be able to carry a conversation - I used to do my ABC's to test myself to make sure I was going slow enough …

I do like the look of this, though I don't think I could do strength training 5 days a week! I'll aim for 4 and then do some of the bodyweight elements on the 5th day

I'm 5'2", I started at 156 and I'm currently at about 136 - 138lbs depending on the day of the week! I'm aiming for 125lbs. I was down to 133lbs at one point but summer has been too kind to me in the food and drink department! But I'm back on track now and back at the gym!

There's no reason not to up it a bit every session or after every couple of sessions. So next time you go out do 90 second jog, 2min walk and see how you feel. Time after that make it a 2min jog, 2 min walk etc etc until you get to a point when you feel comfortable just going the whole 5k. I did the C25K and that's the…

I work full time, and study part time. I workout on my lunch break at work, or before work in the morning. My evenings and weekends are for school with an hours run on Saturday or Sunday. It is exhausting, but I find exercising to be a good release mentally. Otherwise, all of my time would be spent doing stressful things…

I'm 5'2", 29 and currently weigh 138lbs - Started at 156lbs and aiming for 120lbs. Been struggling a bit over the summer but re-focused now and hopefully will get back on track and lose at least another 10lbs by Christmas. I turn 30 in January, I'd love to be 125lbs by my birthday!

I'm joining late, but used to do this challenge a few months ago and have been lazy of late, so need some accountability!

After spending so much time worrying about my knee it turns out my wrist was the problem. X-Ray yesterday shows I fractured it in 2 places!!!! Thats me off the bike for a while!!!

Why is your calorie goal set to 1000calories (which MFP would never recommend) and why are you only eating half of this? Depending on your height, I would say that you are at a healthy weight already, and losing the last few vanity pounds will be slow. Go back and start again with your MFP settings, set it to lose 0.5lbs…

I did the C25K in the normal 9 weeks, and after that, it only actually took me 3 - 4 weeks to get to the 10k distance. I ran 3 days per week. First week I did 3miles, 3miles, 3miles, second week, 3miles, 3miles, 4miles, and so on, adding 1 mile to my 'long run' every week until I hit 7 miles (which is just over 11k). Now I…

The majority of weight loss has very little to do with the exercise you are doing. In fact you don't even need to exercise at all. I run, but I'm losing weight despite that not because of it, because running increases my appetite immensely and if I wasn't counting calories I would be gaining weight!!! Running burns…

I'm training for my first Half in October. My longest run so far has been 8.5miles which I did in about 1:40. I'm also signed up for my first Duathlon in September, a couple of weeks before, so am trying to mesh the training for both together! I figure the Duathlon will be good for my running because I have to do 15km run…
