 I gotta get back in the wagon, I'm gaining! I've allowed myself 4 "cheat" days, basically 1 a week. I've already decided they will be spent on Thanksgiving, quilt group meeting, coworker's engagement dinner, and the day food service at work does Thanksgiving because I keep meaning to go to that every year and never do. I've been very conservative with my goal weight, too. Because I've been off diet, I can probably actually attain it in a week just from losing the water weight. But I like to set the bar low so I can feel extra good about exceeding expectations, lol.0

            I too have been having trouble pushing passed where I am right now. Maybe this will help.
