I usually have porridge with fruit. But today I had a Weight Watchers Bagel (157 cals) with light cheese spread (20) and an apple. Was tasty and pretty filling.

How is that working out for you? I'm onto my last 10lbs too! It was my goal to lose it before my holiday in April.

I did 15 minutes of Blogilates and level 1 of 30 Day Shred.

20 sit-ups = not fun! Day 2 done.

Day one done! I teamed it with a few other 30 Day challenges, made a nice 15min workout. Perfect for days when I don't have much time before work...can't do sit-ups good to save my life though.

Don't be afraid to start now, even if you do have little bumps on the way! You can make small changes, even if it's just less sugar in your coffee, or grabbing an apple instead of a cookie. You'll pick up loads of tips on the way I'm sure. And MFP tracks your calories, so it's easy to see how you're doing. Good luck!

"all the men in my house can eat what they like without gaining a single pound!" I know the feeling! I live with my two male friends, they LIVE off pizza, muffins and pasta. If I ate what they did in a day I'd look like a whale!

I am so lucky that my lectures start at 12pm most days! So I get up at 9, do an hour then get ready for uni. Monday mornings are my 9am starts, I get up at 6:15, I only do 45 minutes because I am so not a morning person. On my days off, I wake up whenever and do my workout, it gets me pumped up and ready for the day.

Just a pound! But I did two very long shifts at work (I'm a waitress, so running around all day), so I'm not too worried about it, it'll drop off by itself now I'm back to healthy eating.

Did Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred & 10 minutes of ab work. I enjoy exercise and had time before my mum got back from work and we kicked-off Crimbo. Just took pooch for a nice long afternoon walk too.
